The mystery of who the authors of our Art Deco Sertanejo were, lasted a decade, and the search was taken up many times during this period.
In April, 1994, while I was researching and photographing for an article to be published in the magazine "Design and Interiors", I discovered the original projects for the historical buildings in downtown Campina Grande which had been filed, as if by miracle in the Municipal Archives 50 years ago. From then on, Art Deco Sertanejo baptized 10 years ago received its I.D. card. The movement now had a face, date of birth and parentage.
